From the moment I walked in the office for my consultation, everyone was so welcoming and informative. Soooo- I decided to have some work done by Dr. Aiello in September. I had a quad blepharoplasty and my results are amazing. Dr. Aiello is extremely talented and made me feel completely at ease. His staff- Megan, Katie and Tracy were my biggest support system and I am forever grateful. Fast forward- two weeks ago I had Nurse Tracy do upper lip filler and Dysport to my forehead. I’ve had Botox injections for at least 15 years and nobody has ever done a better job than Tracy. As for my upper lip, I could not be more thrilled. It was my first time and the experience was fantastic. I was terrified of looking like a duck and she made sure that didn’t happen. My lips look beautiful and natural. I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Aiello and have had two surgeries with him. Both of them came out great! I always feel comfortable with him that’s why I’ve scheduled my facelift and blepharoplasty surgeries with him as well. I’m booked and excited to have these procedures done. The office will be taking before and after photos and video to pos on their website so others can see as well. My HIFU surgery experience was amazing. The doctors and staff took great care of me and allayed weeks of my fear and worry in that single visit. My surgery nurse, Katie, kept my mood aloft with her bright, unsinkable disposition. She greatly impressed me with her flawless professionalism. Katie told me everything that I needed to know, carefully walked me through my after-care instructions, got me prepped for the procedure, and then took care of all of my needs when I recovered after the procedure was over.Dr. Rodriguez was my anesthesiologist. Beforehand, he asked me if I had any questions. I said no, but I asked that I please not wake up during the procedure, and that I wake up afterward. He smiled, nodded, and then proceeded to give me EXACTLY the experience and care that I requested. Dr. Pugach performed the HIFU procedure. He told my family, "We got it all", and that everything went smoothly. I’d say SO much more, but I wasn’t there. I am grateful beyond words to be cancer-free. I know that there are others on staff who I did not meet, but I know that I was in their good hands through the entire process. I didn’t know this place existed and it is so lovely and so close and easy parking. My husband came here for HIFU surgery. We met Katie and we both fell in love with her sunny personality and yet such a professional nurse. She handled us with care during the whole process.I started asking questions about their other services -Katie helped me with a vitamin B12 shot - quick and easy as I was feeling very low energy. I am not really sure if it was Katie that gave me the boost or the shot. The next day I came back and Katie gave me Botox injections. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Aiello for his great surgical skills. I had my upper and lower eyelids touched up. As a make, I wanted to look natural and not artificial. I wanted a natural refreshed look not a look that screams I had cosmetic surgery. Dr. Aiello was able to create just the right amount of corrections so I looked refreshed and age-appropriate. Meaning, I did not want the face of a 30-year-old on a 50-year-old body and nor did I want the eyes of a 30 year old on the otherwise face of a 50 year old. After my surgery wounds had healed my eyes were in synch with my the rest of my face. I looked refreshed and received MANY compliments. CAME TO MY RESCUEWhen I first came to Ocean Plastic Surgery I was at the end of my rope. I hada botched lip procedure from a famous TV plastic surgeon. I learned my lesson the hard way. I thought that just because a doctor was on TV and famous, that he knew what he was doing. I know now, that this does not guarantee a good result. As you can imagine, I was devastated with the results.Upon my arrival at Ocean Plastic Surgery Center, I found the staff to be kind, courteous and professional. Tracy (the RN), was the one who was doing the injectables. She was able to fix that doctor’s mistake and made me look beautiful again. Tracy has an amazing technique that only comes with lots of experience and education. Not every RN has this gift of Artistry and gentleness. I feel safe with her and have continued to have her use injectables on me for 20+ years now. In the last 10 years, I have had 3 different surgeries by Dr. Aiello. He has a wonderful bedside manner and makes his patients feel at ease. In each surgery, Tracy was the OR nurse. She took such good care of me from start to finish. She treated me like a queen. I was very happy with the results and am looking forward to my next surgery. Still obsessed with having all of my injections done by Nurse Linda... every time I see her she is takes her time making sure that everything looks perfect; she never over does it & her follow up along with just her knowledge alone keeps me coming back! She is still the only person I’ve let touch my face since starting Botox. Linda goes out of her way to ensure her clients aftercare is taken care of. I love this office so much!! Everyone here from day 1 of consultation through pre op to surgery to post op is awesome. The thing I love about them the most is the honesty, the communication, the dedication to follow through. I recently had a scheduled surgery and wanted to do it earlier but they were booked. Megan left a post it on her computer and as soon as there was an opening, she called me! I was able to move up my surgery because someone cared enough about me and my request to see it through once it was possible. Post Op when life was a little rough, they got me in and out of my appointments quickly, to help minimize any discomfort waiting around. I have had experiences in 3 offices of this nature, and these guys are the best of the best. The way they make themselves available to you 24/7, Dr. A is a crack up, the skill and precision they put in to your surgery, I will never go anywhere else! I need to start my review by letting you know that after five years after my Tommy Tuck, I am still amazed with the results and the work that Dr. Aiello did. On 11/20/2018, I had my Quad Blepharoplasty done by also, Dr. Aiello. My results were also a game changer. After loosing weight the difference in the skin in the upper and lower part of my eyes is so noticeable, it is incredible. I am sure you will be able to see from my before and after pictures. I can not express how happy and grateful, I am with Dr. Aiello. His professionalisms and great sense of humor put me at ease from the day of my first consultation. I’ve been here on several occasions now to see Linda. Linda is awesome, and the staff at OPSC has always been really kind and helpful. The scheduler always accommodates my schedule, and sometimes even fits me in last minute if there is availability! It’s a really clean, and serene facility. They are COVID-19 compliant, and the parking is easy and discreet. It’s always so embarrassing when you would leave a surgery center and have to walk out on the street with bandages or bruises on your face. I love that the elevator links directly to the subterranean garage so you can either have someone pick you up and easily access the car, or just leave without having to see anyone. I’ve never had any surgical procedures here, but Dr. Aiello comes so highly recommended from my friends I’ve found myself browsing their menu lately lol. This is a really top notch facility, and I would recommend them to everyone. More
I had an in person consultation with Doctor Aiello for an upper eyelid procedure. The consultation was free, the staff was professional and friendly and the facility is super clean with a relaxing spa ambiance. Very COVID compliant Dr. Aiello has always been so friendly and knowledgeable. He really puts you at ease. The consultations are honest, very fairly priced and in writing. I was there for the HIFU treatment for prostate cancer on March 8th. Dr. Pugach was the surgeon. This location is used because the overhead cost is much lower than if it were done at a hospital, which makes the treatment more affordable for the patient. The person who really impressed me was Nurse Katie. She is really amazing. Very caring and knowledgeable. I was really nervous going into this. She explained everything before hand and provided all of the supplies that I needed for after care. She was there in the room while I was out for 4 hours and helped me to recover after waking. She called me the next day to see how I was doing and was available to text me to answer my questions as I was recovering at home. More

A friend of mine , both of us actresses, referred me here considering she looks amazing with just a few years ahead of me. I decided 11 months ago to start getting them (botox). Lower Face and Neck Lipo — Love the Results! - I had a lower face and neck liposuction and I’m very happy with the results. The scars are barely visible (behind ears and under chin) and my face looks so much slimmer. All my life when I gained weight, it would show on my face first. I hated it! But I’m now 5 months out of the surgery and have a very demanding job in which I’ve not had time to exercise and gained 10 lbs... BUT MY FACE IS STILL SLIMMER THAN BEFORE! I never leave reviews, but this place deserves ALL the stars. This was my first time ever seeing a plastic surgeon. I’ve only seen them on TV, and I was super nervous!! But Megan, the consultant is super sweet and bubbly. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease right away. Kasei at the front desk is super sweet as well, it’s always nice seeing her beautiful face when you walk in the building. Tracey and Katie were my nurses and they were the absolute best! I can’t say enough great things about them! I had a Mommy Makeover and my recovery took a little longer than usual but Tracey was right by my side the whole time making me feel at ease. She is great at explaining any questions you would have about the procedure. I saw Katie at my Post Op. She was so sweet and calming, very knowledgeable as well, which is great for someone like me because I ask a ton of questions! I recently had breast augmentation (5 weeks ago) and it was so easy to set up the consultation (which was free) and they made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. Everyone who helped me in the office was all so nice!Dr. Aiello is very professional and makes sure you get the exact results you want by making you do a rice test (rice in panty hose) in your bra for the weeks prior to your surgery to make sure you get the size you’re most comfortable with. The thing I loved most is that they work with you with financing and I was approved even when my credit wasn’t amazing. I applied for the financing right after my first consultation and was approved the same day and then i was able to schedule my surgery date which was only 3 weeks after the consultation! Sooo normally I would never post a review for a plastic surgery center on yelp because it’s public but after receiving the service that I did there was no way I couldn’t let everybody know how wonderful this place is! I was referred here by a friend and while I was looking at a couple other places I’m really happy and satisfied with choosing ocean plastic! The staff is here awesome and makes such a comfortable environment! I did my consultation with Megan and her bubbly personality made me feel really comfortable during the consultation. When I first met Dr.Aiello I felt really comfortable with him. Some of the other surgeons I saw before him seemed off puttish but Dr. Aiello speaks to you like he knows you already which is something I really appreciated! Tracy is the main nurse that helps Dr. Aiello with surgeries and O M G she’s amazing! I actually had to do my pre- op twice (my surgery got cancelled cause of covid) but both times tracy was amazing and really listened to what I wanted when we did the rice test! The day of my surgery I just felt really lucky to have her as my nurse; she has a motherly vibe to her and it makes the surgery so much less nerve recking! Post surgery I saw Kasey a little more but my god is she amazing!! I have to give a little extra love to Kasey mainly because her personality is so uplifting. I’ve been here two times. 1st visit was for double chin and lower eye bags, 2nd was for upper eyelids. Great results both times. Entire staff is very friendly, and basically just cool. Who doesn’t love Dr. Aiello??? Plus he only hires the best to work with him. I went to Dr. Aiello originally for my breast augmentation which I’ve had zero problems with and have absolutely love the results for the last 23 years. Flash forward to 6 months ago and I was back in his office for my tummy tuck consultation. It took all of a minute and a half to decide to have it done, even though it’s not an easy surgery I knew I would be in great hands with Dr. Aiello and everyone that works with him. They helped me every step of the way with questions, information, education, pre-surgery requirements and of course post op. I am extremely please with how it turned out and once again they did exactly what they said they would. Still healing but I know my scar will be nothing but a very thin line, the extra skin is gone and my muscles are back to where they were years ago. I absolutely adore the staff here! Linda does my injectables and it’s seriously been life changing. I had a bad experience with a well recommended physician in Beverly Hills who ended up injecting me improperly and dropped my brows which was terrifying and uncomfortable. A friend recommended Linda who helped her with a similar situation. I have never gone to anyone since then and I love the results we have achieved. This year I decided to get a breast augmentation and Linda suggested I do a consult with Dr. Aiello. I chose Dr. Aiello to do my surgery my Brest Argumentation back in 1995 and my surgery was amazing and everything went as perfect as I expected! I had seen some of his work her had done on several patents and as I was deciding in whom to perform my surgery I chose home because his work looked so amazing and the breads looked so natural. I’ve been so over the top with his work through all these years I look and feel so confident, as I get several compliments that’s they don’t even look fake sounds funny some of my best girlfriends have actually asked me to see them saying " No way they are fake"? I went into Ocean Plastic surgery center today for my consult. Easy parking and clean stylish facility. Wait time was 5 mins. I was brought back by Megan shown in the picture, she was so friendly easy to talk to and very understanding to my wants and needs.Dr A was great and is the most experienced plastic surgeon I’ve ever seen. He’s been doing this for 39 years and I had work done 16 years ago with him and had the most amazing results. I did a tummy tuck and it’s still amazing and he does the best incisions ever! Surgery is very serious and he has been consistent in same location since I’ve last seen him 16 yrs ago and I love that Stability. Also he has a surgery center in his building. Just had my second breast augmentation with Dr Aiello and his phenomenal team. Called Wednesday night w a ruptured implant due to my fault of not having them replaced in the ten year recommendation. Consult on Thursday and Surgery on Friday. Having had a botched surgery during a hysterectomy in 2002, he was calming, his team put up with my crazy sense of humor and the entire experience was great. I am now over 7 months post breast augmentation. I chose to downsize my implants and switch to a soft touch silicone implant. I absolutely love my results!!! I had a small concern about possible infection a couple months after surgery and I was able to speak with Dr. Aiello by phone about my concerns. He called in a an antibiotic prescription for me to my local pharmacy. I have not had any other other concerns or complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Aiello and Ocean Plastic surgery to anyone wanting a great experience with their breast augmentation! More

This'll be the second time going to Dr. Aiello. A few years ago, I'd gone to him for a breast lift (donut lift) and was extremely satisfied with the results. Having had a baby, breastfeeding and losing a massive amount of weight, my skin has stretched some and feels "mushy". Did I mention, the back pain associated with having DDD's? Yeah, no fun. I'd like to really tighten them up and replace existing implants for smaller ones. I am coming back to Doctor Aiello for a breast lift, breast reduction, breast capsulodesis bilateral and silicone implants replacement. I am choosing Dr. Aiello, again, because I already know what I'm in for! Although different procedures, I'm really hopeful the outcome will be great as my previous procedure. I really trust his work. A dozen women whom I use to work with, have come to Dr. Aiello after my initial procedure years ago and they had great experiences and loved their results. Therefore, making the decision to come back was a no-brainer. Friendly and attentive from everyone at the establishment. Very thorough consultation discussing my concerns and what I wanted. This was our very first time here, we were here for my husband to have cancer surgery; when we walked in we were greeted by Katie, she was our Nurse for the day, she was FABULOUS. She explained everything to me over and over again so I felt comfortable to be able to help my husband once I got him home. Dr. Aiello is the absolute best.. After visiting his office over 11 yrs ago for my first breast augmentation, it was time to come back. Unfortunately what brought me back was a ruptured implant, but after two kids, I truly believed I not only needed to replace the ruptured implant, I also thought a full breast lift was necessary. During my pre op appointment I was directed by both Tracy and Dr. Aiello a full lift was not necessary, which not only saved me from scaring but also a large sum of money. Dr.Aiello could’ve easily done a procedure that may not have been needed and charged me a lot more money. This alone speaks to his integrity and the loyalty to his patients... This is my second procedure with this office. I had a mommy make over and lift and had unbelievable results. You really have to love doctor Aiello. My figure is now very symmetrical, and they had a lot of work to fix my tummy which was ripped up by birth of my 4 kids.Dr. Aiello really took his time during my procedure. I am 65 years old, and finally decided to have a face-lift [the works] after 5 years of contemplating the idea. I was pretty nervous... Well, I jumped in and had everything done on my face that I could think of, including brow lift, under eyes, forehead, neck bands, and dermabrasion. I'm about two weeks out of an all day surgery, and very happy with the results already. Of course, that was my main objective... to LOOK better, younger. I had a previous Lipo, but the results were a bit lop sided. I had tried Cool Sculpting and diet, but could not get this to even out. I saw Dr. Aiello for a consultation and the price was so good, I could not say no. However I had to wait as I was in transition a my work.I called to schedule and got lucky. I able to schedule this on a next day due to a cancellation. I this this under local only...no sleep. It was a little uncomfortable, but not painful. The Operating room is very clean. Loved that they had pandora running and played classic rock. They used a sheet to hide what they were doing and were totally cool in talking with me and attending to my comfort -- I had a nose itch and the Dr had his 2nd assistant take a tissue to scratch it.I will say with out a doubt that if you are in the market for Lipo, Dr. Aiello is likely your best call. I had my first breast augmentation done by Dr. Aiello in February, 2006 and my results were amazing! Prior to my breast augmentation I was a saggy B cup after my 2nd (last) child. After surgery I went to a saline DD cup. At that time I was 5'2" and weighed approx. 137lbs. I haven't had any issues with the implants in 13 years. After over 13 years of having these implants, I've made the decision to downsize to a smaller implant and go to a silicone implant. I am scheduled to have my reduction breast augmentation on 6/6 with Dr. Aiello. I had such a great experience the first time around that I know that Dr. Aeillo will do a great job! I interviewed several doctors previously and selected Dr. Aiello for is depth of surgical experience. AMAZING AMAZING - This review is long overdue. Here's my story. I had breast implants when I was 24 and they were put over the muscle. They were silicone and they were hard from the beginning to the end. They never looked real. I just lived with it unll 27 years later they were encapsulated so bad that one of them looked almost deformed. Three years ago I had a three-level fusion in my back, which they had to cut also through my tummy. Needless to say, that completely ruined my muscles and having three kids didn't help the looks of it either. I had huge scar from belly button to pubis area.It was awful. I would have never thought to be in a bikini again. Dr. Aiello changed my life completely. He performed a miracle to say the least. I had my implants removed and new ones put in and a tummy tuck with a little lipo to go with it. I trusted him completely. I brought in a picture of what I wanted my new breasts to look like and he did exactly what I wanted. I did tummy tuck and implants at the same time, so I felt no pain from the implant surgery. The tummy tuck was painful, but worth every bit of pain. I was only down two weeks and that wasn't really down completely. I feel so happy now that I have natural looking breasts and my tummy scar is completely gone and my tummy is tight like it was before my back surgery, but it's even better. I can wear bikinis now and I'm 52 years old! He really takes care of his patients. He's easy to talk to and treats you like you're the only patient he has. I would do it all over again if i had to .He changed my life, adding so much confidence. I am so happy. I would recommend him to anyone. BEST BREAST DOCTOR IN ORANGE COUNTY - This doctor was amazing! I received Silicone implants breast augmentation, unilateral breast reduction and breast lift. I also had liposuction to bilateral arms, full abdomen, chin, upper and lower back, inner thighs, pubis and a brazilian butt lift. I admire the staff at this facility. They were very informative and gave me realistic expectations and honestly, the results were much better than I anticipated. Because I am asian, I have an increased risk for hyperpigmentation scarring but the scarring was so minimal with Dr. Aiello. He wants to give you the body that you want and is willing to work with you. He's been a plastic surgeon for many years and I actually learned about him from my girlfriend who also got breast implants from him! Dr. Aiello is Amazing! - Dr. Aiello is the absolute best.. After visiting his office over 11 yrs ago for my first breast augmentation, it was time to come back. Unfortunately what brought me back was a ruptured implant, but after two kids, I truly believed I not only needed to replace the ruptured implant, I also thought a full breast lift was necessary. During my pre op appointment I was directed by both Tracy and Dr. Aiello a full lift was not necessary, which not only saved me from scaring but also a large sum of money. Dr.Aiello could’ve easily done a procedure that may not have been needed and charged me a lot more money. This alone speaks to his integrity and the loyalty to his patients... Amazing Doc and staff! - Dr. Aiello and his team are amazing! Dr. Aiello had done two great augmentations on me and I am about to do a third. My first set were saline and looked great, they looked natural. Seven years later, after nursing my last child, I decided that I wanted to switch to silicone and also go bigger. I flew to California (my hubs is Military so we had moved away) to get them done by Dr. A again. I am so happy that I switched to silicone, they are amazing! But, now four years later, I am kicking myself for going so big. I am somewhat small framed and my first set was 475cc and I went up to 800cc. So, that brings me to my surgery I'm about to have, going back to my old size, but sticking with silicone. I now live back in Cali, but am still two hours away from Dr. A. This Dr will tell you the truth, facts about sizes and what different sizes widths and shapes will translate to, he asks you what you have in mind and lets you know if it is possible. I wanted really large breasts because I am 5"9 at 160lbs. With a waist measurement of 28 and hips at 38, I wanted an hour Glass figure. I visited Soo many plastic surgeons for two years trying to find someone who was triple board certified, professional and consistent, who spoke my language.. because I'm not a doctor I need to have explanations of what medical procedures are like and what will happen. He's super honest, down to earth and my breasts looked so amazing. I had them done at age 24, after having my first child, I had absolutely nothing, I was a double AA. He was able to get me to a DDD with 700 cc silicone moderate profile mentors. Great experience and will only ever go here. A bonus is that my breasts looked so good no one ever knew they were augmented. More

I visited Soo many plastic surgeons for two years trying to find someone who was triple board certified, professional and consistent, who spoke my language.. because I'm not a doctor I need to have explanations of what medical procedures are like and what will happen. He's super honest, down to earth and my breasts looked so amazing. I had them done at age 24, after having my first child, I had absolutely nothing, I was a double AA. He was able to get me to a DDD with 700 cc silicone moderate profile mentors. Great experience and will only ever go here. This review is long overdue. Here's my story. I had breast implants when I was 24 and they were put over the muscle. They were silicone and they were hard from the beginning to the end. They never looked real. I just lived with it unll 27 years later they were encapsulated so bad that one of them looked almost deformed. Three years ago I had a three-level fusion in my back, which they had to cut also through my tummy. Needless to say, that completely ruined my muscles and having three kids didn't help the looks of it either. I had huge scar from belly button to pubis area.It was awful. I would have never thought to be in a bikini again. Dr. Aiello changed my life completely. He performed a miracle to say the least. I had my implants removed and new ones put in and a tummy tuck with a little lipo to go with it. I trusted him completely. I brought in a picture of what I wanted my new breasts to look like and he did exactly what I wanted. I did tummy tuck and implants at the same time, so I felt no pain from the implant surgery. The tummy tuck was painful, but worth every bit of pain. I was only down two weeks and that wasn't really down completely. I feel so happy now that I have natural looking breasts and my tummy scar is completely gone and my tummy is tight like it was before my back surgery, but it's even better. I can wear bikinis now and I'm 52 years old! He really takes care of his patients. He's easy to talk to and treats you like you're the only patient he has. I would do it all over again if i had to .He changed my life, adding so much confidence. I am so happy. I would recommend him to anyone. This doctor was amazing! I received Silicone implants breast augmentation, unilateral breast reduction and breast lift. I also had liposuction to bilateral arms, full abdomen, chin, upper and lower back, inner thighs, pubis and a brazilian butt lift. I admire the staff at this facility. They were very informative and gave me realistic expectations and honestly, the results were much better than I anticipated. Because I am asian, I have an increased risk for hyperpigmentation scarring but the scarring was so minimal with Dr. Aiello. He wants to give you the body that you want and is willing to work with you. He's been a plastic surgeon for many years and I actually learned about him from my girlfriend who also got breast implants from him! For my first breast augmentation I went with an exclusive BH surgeon with excellent credentials. Long story short, I learned the hard way to just go with the surgeon who does the best work. Seems obvious right? I spent so much time and energy gathering information and comparing quotes when all I had to do was ask women with fabulous breasts: “Who was your surgeon?” Most enhanced women are very happy to share everything they learned from their experience. About 6-8mos months after my first surgery it was obvious something had gone wrong, and I had no idea what to do about it. I thought I had been diligent in doing my research and aftercare with my first surgery, yet it was obviously a complete disaster. I asked a friend (with beautifully augmented breasts) who her surgeon was, and that’s how I found Dr Aiello. What I liked most about Dr Aiello and entire staff is they are direct and professional. They told me exactly what is possible and were very clear about what to expect. I honestly believe Dr Aiello loves his work and it shows in both his and his staffs’ demeanor. Every meeting leading up to the surgery and every follow up meeting has been pleasant. Now that I think of it I’ve had way more follow up meetings than I ever did with my first surgeon. My first surgeon actually invoiced me for the office visit when I returned to him to get an estimate to fix his batched work. Dr Aiello on the other hand did an excellent job and even offered to remove excess scare tissue. It healed on it’s own but I was very impressed that he addressed the problem before I had even brought it up. I wish I went to Dr Aiello initially, but live and learn. My experience with Dr. Aiello was fantastic! I first saw him back in 2011 after my third child for a breast augmentation and I finally did the procedure this year. They even honored the same amount that was quoted for me in 2011, which was so nice of them to do for me since prices have gone up since then. I did a minor lift with implants and I'm so, so happy how everything turned out. If I were to say anything that I regret with my experience; it is that I did not listen to the size Dr. Aiello told me to do based off of my own measurements with his rice test method. I went a little smaller and really would have been just fine with what he originally suggested. Dr. Aiello has his method for size down to the tee! I would recommend him to anyone. More
I am 8 months out from a tummy tuck done by Dr. William Aiello in Los Alamitos, CA. Dr. Aiello is a very caring and patient doctor that takes his time to go over everything with you and answers all of your questions. His staff is very accommodating and helpful as well. I would recommend him to anyone and I am currently considering another procedure in a different area of my body. I am back to regular activities now, but still experience some swelling on a daily basis. Never had any issues with pain, just degrees of swelling, which are subsiding on a monthly basis. My stomach looks amazingly flat, I would say even flatter than my pre-baby body. I am happy with my results to date. My scar is still red, and I am currently using Siligen on it. More

I had breast augmentation surgery two months ago and went in today for my two month check up. I had silicone, under the muscle implants put in on April 6th and my breasts look absolutely incredible. They have healed beautifully and look and FEEL so natural which is what I wanted. I heard through a friend that Dr. Aiello was the best so I scheduled a consultation and am so happy I decided on him to perform my surgery. A big shout out to his staff, specifically Tracy, who has been nothing short of kind, patient and willing to answer any pre and post op questions that I had. breast lift and implant - I have had one lift and augmentation and several rounds of Botox, Juvederm and now Voluma done by Tracy. I am completely satisfied and will not go anywhere else for my services. I have done research and have had several consultations elsewhere and this is where I landed. I had great experience. - I was referred by a family friend to Dr. Aiello for a BA and right after my first consultation knew that he was the Dr. I wanted to have my procedure done with. He made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable about what I needed and the look I was trying to achieve. Dr. Aiello nurse, Tracy is just as amazing and will also answer any questions you may have. I was very nervous on the day of surgery but the moment I walked in and was greeted by the wonderful staff and attending nurses; I knew I had nothing to worry about. Post care was rough as I assume with anyone the first couple days but after my post-op appt, it was downhill from there. I am currently 2 months post-op and couldn't be happier. what a journey and change! - I went to 9 different plastic surgeons within one year for a consult to get a tummy tuck lipo. My mind was made up for a lipo only. However when I had my first consult with Dr. Aiello he was honest about what I needed. He took the time to speak to me about the pros and cons. I felt very supported. I also returned a second time for the final consultation. The tummy tuck post surgery was rough the first 3-4 days. I felt very supported by the staff after my operation. A life changing experience! - I went to three consultations for my procedure. I was confident I chose the right Plastic surgeon. My experience with Dr. Aiello and staff was great. Wonderful and thankful - 14 years ago Dr aiello performed a saline breast augmentation 595 cc's.. they were lovely and I nursed two children since then. A few months ago I realized I really wanted siilicone gel as the saline has side rippling and after two children I was nolonger a lean size 6. In consulting with his staff they recommended the rice test wich I found very helpful. With no lift needed as I was increasing to 750 cc and gravity had been kinda kind to this one area I asked about options for lipo. Dr aiello suggested tumescent lipo for my bat wings love handles and bra rolls. It seemed like a dream come true to put a rewind on my genetic destiny of plus 40 fat deposits.Ok, so the surgery went well. The abasthesiologist is great and I love his nurse. Tummy Tuck - I am 8 months out from a tummy tuck done by Dr. William Aiello in Los Alamitos, CA. Dr. Aiello is a very caring and patient doctor that takes his time to go over everything with you and answers all of your questions. His staff is very accommodating and helpful as well. I would recommend him to anyone and I am currently considering another procedure in a different area of my body. I am back to regular activities now, but still experience some swelling on a daily basis. Never had any issues with pain, just degrees of swelling, which are subsiding on a monthly basis. Would not think about going anywhere else - Orange County, CA - I originally went to see Dr Aeillo because he did my sisters face lift and he did an amazing job. I had never in my 53 years of life seen such a remarkable transformation. Completely flawless. I had a fat transfer performed on my face and after a few weeks I did everything I could to get the fat to go down. I freaked out because I thought my face was too fat and round. What ended up happening was the fat transfer settled a couple months later and my right side was great while the left side, the side that I tried to get the fat to go down, pretty much did. I was so upset with myself and paid the price. Dr Aeillo is going to do another fat transfer and this time I will be much more patient and let nature take its course. More

About 6-8mos months after my first surgery it was obvious something had gone wrong, and I had no idea what to do about it. I thought I had been diligent in doing my research and aftercare with my first surgery, yet it was obviously a complete disaster. I asked a friend (with beautifully augmented breasts) who her surgeon was, and that’s how I found Dr Aiello. What I liked most about Dr Aiello and entire staff is they are direct and professional. They told me exactly what is possible and were very clear about what to expect. I honestly believe Dr Aiello loves his work and it shows in both his and his staffs’ demeanor. Every meeting leading up to the surgery and every follow up meeting has been pleasant. Now that I think of it I’ve had way more follow up meetings than I ever did with my first surgeon. My first surgeon actually invoiced me for the office visit when I returned to him to get an estimate to fix his batched work. Dr Aiello on the other hand did an excellent job and even offered to remove excess scare tissue. It healed on it’s own but I was very impressed that he addressed the problem before I had even brought it up. I wish I went to Dr Aiello initially, but live and learn. Late 30s PCOS Plus-size Small Asymmetrical Breasts - I have been insecure my whole life because of my small asymmetrical breasts coupled with a large stature, which I suspect are underdeveloped due to my PCOS. I rarely had periods as a teenager. I finally decided to get my breasts done after years of contemplating it and being in a financially stable position. Nonetheless, the experience still makes me nervous as there are always what-ifs. The doctor suggested I go with 800cc in one and 650cc in the larger breast. I have done the rice test, yet I find that to be too big and will likely request 700cc and 550cc. I am a large girl at 5'9 broad shouldered size 14/16 and currently an A/B cup, so I understand his suggestion. However, when I tried on 800cc, I found it to be quite matronly and would prefer smaller because I am not looking for an excessively large look. One issue I have found in researching examples of large women with small breasts is that we are few and far between, which is part of my motivation to contribute to this site. More
I moved to Kenosha in 2008, and Dr. Aiello was recommended to me by people in the area. I only saw Dr. Aiello once, and then started seeing Dr. Laura A. Guttormsen. I am not the best with getting my teeth worked on, and often need to use nitrous to get through a procedure to help with my anxiety. Dr. Guttormsen was always very gentle and great with me and made me feel like it was ok to be nervous - but genuinely wanted to help me so I could have better experiences at the dentist. Great Experience - When I had decided to have lipo of the abdomen I did a lot of research and had a very clear idea of what I wanted to achieve and had very clear expectations of what the surgery would do for me. I interviewed multiple doctors and explained what I was looking for; 4 of the 4 didn't bother to really listen to me. Those doctors automatically told me my only option was a tummy tuck. I was beginning to feel discouraged until I met Dr. Aiello. Both he and his staff actually listened to what I wanted to achive, agreed t hat I was being realistic - he said lipo would get me to where I wanted. At no point did he trying to sell me on a bigger surgery or tell me I'd regret not doing the tummy tuck - all of the other doctors did both of these things. I am very happy with my results and don't regret my decision to go with lipo and no tummy tuck. Dr. Aiello is very direct and he's not one to chit chat much. He'll come in to discuss the medical aspects of your procedure and then he's gone. This suited me just fine as he absolutely tells it like it is and will explain things in great detail to make sure you understand the decision you're making. In addition, I really liked that Dr. Aiello is conservative in his surgical approach. In my specific case he was careful to remove enough fat that I wouldn't appear distorted look or "cobbly" as many doctors alluded to. Actually during one of my follow up appointments he felt there was more fat he could have removed, and ended doing so without any additional cost. He does have two locations and I can only speak to Los Alamitos - it was intimate, well cared for and inviting. The surgical suite is right in their office which was a nice benefit.All in all, if you're looking for a doctor who is going to coddle you at your bedside, he might not be your option. If you're looking for a doctor who will help you achieve your goals and walk you through the surgical details in order for you to make the most effective decision, then Dr. Aiello is your man. More

I am 33 and had 3 year old twins. My initial implants were 14 years old and survived my 20's and pregnancy but after nursing they were not as perky or feminine looking. I had a lift and new implants and Dr. A did an amazing job with them. The procedure was about 4 hours and I had a few days of major discomfort and needed assistance with everything but it was all worth it! I am a 40 year old mother of 3. I have been wanting a mommy makeover for many years. I went to see Dr. Aiello 10 years ago for a consult about having a lift and implant. I was referred to him by at least 10 people who had had breast augmentation from him. He was very comfortable to talk to and just said it how it was (which I like straight forward talk). I quickly could see his knowledge was extent in all areas of plastic surgery. It had been about 13-14 years since I had breast augmentation and they had just become too heavy and too low. I was constantly lifting them up and readjusting them. Dr. Aiello was my original doctor and I had such a great experience the first time, I decided to go back. Even though I now live in Northern California, they had no problem we me being from out of the area. They accommodated all of my needs, questions and concerns. Dr. Aiello explained the lift procedure and implant replacement. I went smaller and was glad I did. When there were issues, they quickly resolved them. After my surgery and after several post op visits, one of my breasts seemed smaller and not full. We suspected it leaked. Dr. Aiello was extremely kind and never hesitated to correct the problem. There was no charge due to it being guaranteed. Since I was coming back to replace the implant, I decided to do lypo. Another great decision to choose Dr. Aiello. He and his team did fantastic work! I can't sing enough praises to Dr. Aiello and his amazing staff. The best ever! I had been going to Dr. Aiello and Tracy for Botox over the years and had 13-year-old implants that needed to be removed (different doctor had put them in). I had a consultation as my right breast was hard as a rock and encapsulated. It also had a crease under the nipple that had been there for years. Well long story short, I had to have two surgeries. When Dr. Aiello attempted to do my first surgery, he opened my right breast to discover I had a nasty infection - something that he had NEVER seen before. It took him more than two hours to remove the infected implant and clean out the capsulation (scar tissue). I woke up to find myself my right breast removed, but my left still in tact. I was so upset, but happy to know that Dr. Aiello had my best interest and would not put a new implant into an infected breast. After waiting six weeks for the infection to clear (and walking around lopsided, LOL) - I was so ready to have new implants. The result is FANTASTIC! I went from at 38C/D to a 38 DD and am so happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Aiello for being true to your patients, for knowing what's best (and what will look best!), your personal attention, funny bedside manner and passion for what you do. It shows! I originally went to see Dr Aeillo because he did my sisters face lift and he did an amazing job. I had never in my 53 years of life seen such a remarkable transformation. Completely flawless. I had a fat transfer performed on my face and after a few weeks I did everything I could to get the fat to go down. I freaked out because I thought my face was too fat and round. What ended up happening was the fat transfer settled a couple months later and my right side was great while the left side, the side that I tried to get the fat to go down, pretty much did. I was so upset with myself and paid the price. Dr Aeillo is going to do another fat transfer and this time I will be much more patient and let nature take its course. More

35 Yo, 3 Kids, Need a Mommy Makeover - Los Alamitos, CA - I am a 35 year old mom of three. I always knew I would need a lift one day, especially after nursing three little ones. I started working out and living a healthier lifestyle just before my youngest turned one and I was left with saggy skin and breasts. I read so many reviews of women doing their surgeries later and almost all regretted not doing sooner. I decided now was the time for me, so I met with two other surgeons on my quest for a mommy makeover prior to meeting with Dr. Aiello's office. I did not meet a patient coordinator at previous doctors, and thought that was nice having someone as a contact there to ask questions, etc. Having already done this type of meeting, I was eager to see if he had the same thoughts and if we were on the same page. Our meeting went well, Dr. Aiello is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without feeling rushed. I was already semi-educated on the drainless TT from research and prior meetings, so I was happy to hear that he performs almost all of his tummy tucks this way. My husband and I left the office that afternoon, both feeling confident in our choice with Dr. Aiello and his staff. Fast-forward to my surgery day. I was met by Tracey, his nurse, whose role in my opinion is just as important was knowledgeable, direct and to the point (which I respect) and kind as well. While I'm only a little more than a month post op, my results have been amazing and recovery is going great. Something I didn't consider pre op was the after care experience. I have been to maybe 6 post-op appointments and with the exception of one time I always get back and seen on time. These appointments are critical, because you'll likely have a ton of questions and with each day/ week things are changing. This was the first plastic surgery I'd ever experienced and have been following all of my post op directions to a T. I gained between 30-40 pounds with each pregnancy and breastfed all 3. I am almost (3 lbs to go!) to my pre- pregnancy weight and am continuing a healthier lifestyle. I am not the best with getting my teeth worked on, and often need to use nitrous to get through a procedure to help with my anxiety. First off i would like to say im very happy with how the entire process went with Dr. Aiello and his staff! I had known i had always wanted breast implants but recently made the decision to do it rather sooner than later! i had looked into another Dr before him and my mom recommended i check with Dr. Aiello as well, in fact this is who she went to for her augmentation 20+ years ago! once i went in and met with Anna and Dr. Aiello (Anna-who is so amazing and answered my many e...mails and phone calls with tons of questions, never sounding annoyed or rushed) i knew after my consultation that i wanted to proceed with the surgery and had mine within the next month and a half to two months. every follow up visit is fast and easy never waited more than 10 minuets TOTAL for him to come in and check up on me! all around I loved Dr. Aiello and Anna very much! Another thing i loved about him is that i told him the size i wanted and he never once tried to turn me into a bigger or smaller size.. im so happy with my whole processes and love talking about it and about this amazing place! 13 Year Old Sailine Implants with left implant out of pocket Los Alamitos, CA - I went to see several doctors for consultations and no other doctors caught on to all the revisions necessary to make my breast even. Dr Aiello spent over an hour with me. He had me lay down, stand up and discuss everything that I wanted corrected. He told me exactly what he could do and the reasons for certain things he couldn't do because of my previous surgery. Fast forward to 7 months post op and I am so pleased with my results. This Was One of the Best Decisions I Made in a Long Time - Los Alamitos, CA - The last three years I have been battling with my acceptance of my breast implants. I simply did not want to admit to myself that I have made a really bad decision and wasted thousands of dollars. So my follow up was yesterday right, I was so tired by the time I got back so I put it off till today. Its been Five days now and I'm starting to get antsy to be honest. I don't want to do to much but I hate staying inside all the time. I went to see the doctor and everything is good. We changed the tapes and I'm ok so wear the sports brasonly; if I like, but I'm still going to wear my ace bandage because I want total lift as much as possible. I'm honestly wearing two. I am determined to fluff these babies upward. I still love them. I still love the fact I can push my shoulders back and they stay in place! I love the fact I don't have the concave scary gap staring at me. I just think natural breast are sexy and more sensual. Anyway back to my point, the nurse told my to pick the breast up and place them high where I want the nipple to lay. I have now been wrapping them like a corset. My clevage pops out up top, because I am trying to lift and have my nipple heal as high as possible. They were itchy were the scares are but are fine. The side profile is really sad looking and they feel really delicate without a bra on. I did the mistake of bending down and catching a glimps...that was ummm... Interesting.I finally got to take a normal shower, just avoided the tapes obviously. Now is the time of being positive, wishful thinking and not getting to down and out. It's only been five day and this is only the begining. They still have a lot of fluffing. That's what my best friend, doctor and the nurse told me. So yeah I'm feeling good still. Clear skies and happy girl. Oh and they make funny little noises when I do certain movements from the air pocket. I guess my muscles still get airs in them from where my implants and pocket incision are. Lol makes me giggle inside every time I hear it. LolUpdated on 4 Feb 2017:I decided to get a second breast aug and I actually am so glad I finally just took a second chance with breast implants. I missed my cleavage and I missed having breasts. The skin never really went back to normal and just hung when I bent over. It really bothered me. I also had a lot of stretch marks that would show more then before. I seriously wish I found Dr. Aiello for my first boob job, then none the previous things would of happened. Oh well it was learning experience . Mom of 3 Gets a Mommy Makeover - Los Alamitos, CA - I am a 40 year old mother of 3. I have been wanting a mommy makeover for many years. I went to see Dr. Aiello 10 years ago for a consult about having a lift and implant. I was referred to him by at least 10 people who had had breast augmentation from him. Breast Lift and Implant / Lypo - Los Alamitos, CA - It had been about 13-14 years since I had breast augmentation and they had just become too heavy and too low. I was constantly lifting them up and readjusting them. Dr. Aiello was my original doctor and I had such a great experience the first time, I decided to go back. Even though I now live in Northern California, they had no problem we me being from out of the area. They accommodated all of my needs, questions and concerns. Dr. Aiello explained the lift procedure and implant replacement. I went smaller and was glad I did. When there were issues, they quickly resolved them. After my surgery and after several post op visits, one of my breasts seemed smaller and not full. We suspected it leaked. Dr. Aiello was extremely kind and never hesitated to correct the problem. There was no charge due to it being guaranteed. Since I was coming back to replace the implant, I decided to do lypo. Another great decision to choose Dr. Aiello. He and his team did fantastic work! Best Boobs Ever! - Los Alamitos, CA - I can't sing enough praises to Dr. Aiello and his amazing staff. The best ever! I had been going to Dr. Aiello and Tracy for Botox over the years and had 13-year-old implants that needed to be removed (different doctor had put them in). I had a consultation as my right breast was hard as a rock and encapsulated. It also had a crease under the nipple that had been there for years. Well long story short, I had to have two surgeries. When Dr. Aiello attempted to do my first surgery, he opened my right breast to discover I had a nasty infection - something that he had NEVER seen before. It took him more than two hours to remove the infected implant and clean out the capsulation (scar tissue). I woke up to find myself my right breast removed, but my left still in tact. I was so upset, but happy to know that Dr. Aiello had my best interest and would not put a new implant into an infected breast. After waiting six weeks for the infection to clear (and walking around lopsided, LOL) - I was so ready to have new implants. The result is FANTASTIC! I went from at 38C/D to a 38 DD and am so happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Aiello for being true to your patients, for knowing what's best (and what will look best!), your personal attention, funny bedside manner and passion for what you do. It shows! My initial implants were 14 years old and survived my 20's and pregnancy but after nursing they were not as perky or feminine looking. I got my first surgery June 2015 for my breast, lipo in the abdomen, back area and thighs. Let me say this Dr. did an amazing job on my breast! My lipo came out great also. I came back 2016 with some concerns about my back rolls still being there, along with my thighs looking worse than before. Without any hesitation he wanted me scheduled for a revision. I just had the revision yesterday on my back and abdomen, can’t wait to see the results. For my thighs that will be another appointment. This Was One of the Best Decisions I Made in a Long Time - Los Alamitos, CA - Dr. Aiello and his staff are really down to earth, polite, honest and they have a great sense of humor. When I spoke on the phone, Tracy picked up and it was after hours; she listened to me and explained the process patiently, she made everything sound so simple. She answered my questions before I got to ask them, which is great. After about 5 minutes of talking on the phone I immediately knew this was the place. She seems to really be experienced and well educated when I asked questions. When I arrived, I felt very comfortable and at ease. The first few minutes is very important. Jessica is such a sweetie. Shortly after; not a long wait time I met with Dr. Aiello, he instantly came in with a easy going attitude. When I shared how I didn't want a lift or a replacement, he seemed really neutral about it. He respected what I had to say and didn't make me feel like my decision was bad idea like so many doctors seemed to do in other consultations. I do have so say that this over all experience was really good. I am so happy and thankful real self helped me find him. The staff were amazing they really helped me feel comfortable and right at home. Tracy is the best, she makes you feel like your not a patient but a friend. Even after I lost ALL the baby weight, my stomach looked like a deflated balloon and stuck out like I was still pregnant. The hubby and I had saved up the money before to get it done by Dr. Aiello but then the housing market crashed again and we used the money towards a down payment on a house. So, a few years later, we had saved up about half of the money and decided to finance the rest, which is terrifying to me. We saw a few different surgeons and still felt the most comfortable with Dr. Aiello. So comfortable in fact, I cancelled my last 2 consultations because I knew we were going to go with him.So, I am now 4 days post op and feel like I might be coming out of the woods. Everything is sore, but day by day, it's getting a little better.I will follow up in a few days after my 2nd post op visit.Updated on 26 Mar 2015:It's been a struggle the past few days. Lots of tears over here. I thought I would be further along on the path of healing by now. Still having a little bit of pain, and tylenol alone just isn't cutting it. Trying to wean off the pain meds but sometimes it will leave me in tears. My drains are still putting out about 50 ccs of fluid a day so they won't be coming out at today's appt. I am so sick of the drains. Plus I can only wear moo moo's over the drains. I have what my best friend affectionately refers to as the old lady shuffle. Standing up straight is painful as I can feel it pulling on the drains.Still haven't taken that pic that everyone seems to take with their compression garment off to show tummy and boobs. My tummy feels so strange, like I might fall over in half without compression garment on. I've had a sharp pain in my right rib just below the middle of my boob. I only feel it when I take a deep breath. Dr thinks it could be one of the drains. I can't wait to get the stupid drains out!!!Oh and the icing on the cake? A yeast infection from the antibiotics. Just kinda down in the dumps over here. Wishing I was further along on the healing process.Hopefully soon... More
Today, my friend and I had an appointment to get Botox and Juviderm. Let me just say....it was the best experience I have had ever with any nurse. Tracy definitely had us walking out of there not only feeling so great about ourselves but also her! She was thorough with explaining everything we needed to know. She was easy-going, personable, and genuinely nice. She made us laugh too! She listened to what we wanted and did exactly that. I have been to a few places where the person that was giving us our filler would ask us where we thought they should put it?!? Put it this way, I am not the professional so don't ask ME! Lol. Tracy, however, never asked us where we wanted it and put it where she knew it needed. I can't stress enough on how much I LOVE my lips. All the dentists are kind and gentle. My 5 year old had to have a tooth pulled and they were very gental and explained everything as they went. The receptionists and staff are very nice. Recently my son was hit with a metal bat while playing outside. We were worried he would have to have surgery. The dental office was about to close but one of the dentists stayed there until we could get there. He was able care for my son and tell us what was needed. I know it saved us an expensive trip to the ER. I could not recommend them more! More
Explanting After Many, Many Years - Los Alamitos, CA - I'm very happy with my surgeon. I think he might have been a little surprised by my choice to explant rather than replace, but he didn't bat much of an eye after I explained myself. (I just don't want to be doing this every 10 or 15 years, et cetera). He was very honest about the possibilities, and said quite frankly that there were no guarantees about the aesthetic result. He did, however, feel for capsular contracture during my consultation before telling me he thought I should look fine. Flat, but fine. And indeed, that is exactly the best way to define my new look. Dr. Aiello has been a surgeon for a lot of years. He was my original surgeon back in the 80s - and did the revision in the 90s. I think he does excellent work, and I trust his experience and judgment. I unreservedly recommend him. After I get even more ancient and wrinkly, I would love to see him help me with my poor face. I don't want injectables - but maybe a future neck lift? The staff is very friendly and the offices I went to in Los Alamitos are modern and clean. I didn't feel babied or fawned over here (and I'm so glad, because I loathe that) but if you need a ton of attention this might not be the place for you. More

I expect the worst because that's usually what I get when I get a "bargain" and feared my ears would have big uneven scar, but this place is great! The staff is really upbeat, kind, and attentive. Dr. Aiello is he same. He does not rush through the procedure at all and listen to your questions and concernsand answers with honesty. He took my stitches out today and unlike most doctors who rush you out after they've taken your money, he was still very nice and cracked jokes and stuff. My ears are healing very nicely, and he helped me shed the image of my dumb teenage rebellion! So all you burnt out hipsters and punk rockers that finally realized your gauges look bad, come here to get patched up! Btw I paid 500 total for a hole in my ears about the size of a crayon, which is the smallest they got after taking out my 5/8 plugs a year ago. I needed to get my ears stitched up in order to join the air force. So I went around different places for a price quote. This place quoted me the best price and the doctor and nurses were very friendly. I got an appointment set up the following week and came in a week after to remove my stitches. The doctor is very funny and keeps you entertained throughout the whole process. Definitely will recommend this place to my recruiter for future recruits that require the same surgery. More

I came here for a redo (from another Dr's work) in 2002, and now, 10 years later (2012), discovered I had the start of an augmentation capsular contracture with rippling; it just looked and felt bad, so I decided to return for options, if another redo. I was very hesitant to have another surgery, but was incredibly glad that within the 10 years that had lapsed, the staff was comprised of almost all the same people, and the new ones I met were as personable and kind as original staff. They understood fully my hesitancy, since I know the pros and cons. [What I found very interesting is that two other doctors whom I went to visit just for comparison and second opinion, felt it would be a super hard job to do... maybe they didn't want to do it. One quoted me $10,000.00. That is ridiculous.] Dr. Aiello not only quoted me a decent price (partly based on my being a return client), but also found it no problem to do what I felt and knew was a difficult procedure, since one pocket had decided to close up, leaving a gap in the middle. He not only filled in the gap and replaced the former implants, but was able to get as near perfectly even as possible, a hard line to tow (any good surgeon will never promise perfect; he was honest about this, and really did what I felt was a great and difficult job!) I recommend them to anyone. Beforehand, I was able to talk about issues regarding the anesthesia, with the anesthesiologist, who was very kind and sincere; and when I had an odd health incident at home with blood pressure/sugar, and called the office, Tracy was kind enough to talk it through with me over the phone, even though not related to the augmentation itself. Tracy, Sherry , Judy, Dr. Tevekian, and Evelyn, and one nurse I didn't get to meet but who assisted with the surgery... and of course Dr. Aiello, ... I thank them all copiously for their kindness, professionalism, and honesty. More
I came here for a redo (from another Dr’s work) in 2002, and now, 10 years later (2012), discovered I had the start of an augmentation capsular contracture with rippling; it just looked and felt bad, so I decided to return for options, if another redo. I was very hesitant to have another surgery, but was incredibly glad that within the 10 years that had lapsed, the staff was comprised of almost all the same people, and the new ones I met were as personable and kind as original staff. They understood fully my hesitancy, since I know the pros and cons. [What I found very interesting is that two other doctors whom I went to visit just for comparison and second opinion, felt it would be a super hard job to do... maybe they didn’t want to do it. One quoted me $10,000.00. That is ridiculous.] Dr. Aiello not only quoted me a decent price (partly based on my being a return client), but also found it no problem to do what I felt and knew was a difficult procedure, since one pocket had decided to close up, leaving a gap in the middle. After months of research we settled in on getting surgery here. We could not have been more happy with Dr Aiello. Being a Doctor myself made this decision very selective. There are some (one ) major staff issue here with an egotistical control freek but beyond that irritation the Doctor is the real reason we came and the reason I give 5. More
Im VERY happy with the results! I was referred by a friend and had breast augmentation in 1996 and had them redone plus a lift this month (April 2012) because of breastfeeding and time.. I dont think you could find a better Dr. than Aiello. My breasts looks natural and feel soft and minimal scarring...even with the lift surgery. I was so relieved both times I had it done. Go to Dr.Aiello ..his skill is the best you can get! More
Awesome - He is an amazing doctor and has a wonderful staff. Everyone in there was more than kind to me and my little kids as I always had to bring then with me. He answred all my questions and sat and talked to me about other things. He is not some plastic surgeon who is all about the money. Others charge a fee just to meet them. Also, he had appts avaliable and it was easy to schedule an appt. I had a problem and got in to see him the same day. He is your doctor not your best friend. I only go to him and send my friends to him as well. More
