I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Aiello and have had two surgeries with him. Both of them came out great! I always feel comfortable with him that’s why I’ve scheduled my facelift and blepharoplasty surgeries with him as well. I’m booked and excited to have these procedures done. The office will be taking before and after photos and video to pos on their website so others can see as well. If you want to work with nice office staff and Megahan who are all fabulous and an excellent Plastic surgeon this is exactly the right place to come to. Lower Face and Neck Lipo — Love the Results! - I had a lower face and neck liposuction and I’m very happy with the results. The scars are barely visible (behind ears and under chin) and my face looks so much slimmer. All my life when I gained weight, it would show on my face first. I hated it! But I’m now 5 months out of the surgery and have a very demanding job in which I’ve not had time to exercise and gained 10 lbs... BUT MY FACE IS STILL SLIMMER THAN BEFORE! Would not think about going anywhere else - Orange County, CA - I originally went to see Dr Aeillo because he did my sisters face lift and he did an amazing job. I had never in my 53 years of life seen such a remarkable transformation. Completely flawless. I had a fat transfer performed on my face and after a few weeks I did everything I could to get the fat to go down. I freaked out because I thought my face was too fat and round. What ended up happening was the fat transfer settled a couple months later and my right side was great while the left side, the side that I tried to get the fat to go down, pretty much did. I was so upset with myself and paid the price. Dr Aeillo is going to do another fat transfer and this time I will be much more patient and let nature take its course. More
