Soooo- I decided to have some work done by Dr. Aiello in September. I had a quad blepharoplasty and my results are amazing. Dr. Aiello is extremely talented and made me feel completely at ease. His staff- Megan, Katie and Tracy were my biggest support system and I am forever grateful. Fast forward- two weeks ago I had Nurse Tracy do upper lip filler and Dysport to my forehead. I’ve had Botox injections for at least 15 years and nobody has ever done a better job than Tracy. As for my upper lip, I could not be more thrilled. It was my first time and the experience was fantastic. I was terrified of looking like a duck and she made sure that didn’t happen. My lips look beautiful and natural. I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Aiello and have had two surgeries with him. Both of them came out great! I always feel comfortable with him that’s why I’ve scheduled my facelift and blepharoplasty surgeries with him as well. I’m booked and excited to have these procedures done. The office will be taking before and after photos and video to pos on their website so others can see as well. I’ve recently transitioned from a stuffy Newport Beach Dr to Dr Aiello, who is fun and light hearted, and humbly talented. He is an expert in his field, and I’m absolutely in Love with the results of my upper and lower eyelid surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Aiello for his great surgical skills. I had my upper and lower eyelids touched up. As a make, I wanted to look natural and not artificial. I wanted a natural refreshed look not a look that screams I had cosmetic surgery. Dr. Aiello was able to create just the right amount of corrections so I looked refreshed and age-appropriate. Meaning, I did not want the face of a 30-year-old on a 50-year-old body and nor did I want the eyes of a 30 year old on the otherwise face of a 50 year old. After my surgery wounds had healed my eyes were in synch with my the rest of my face. I looked refreshed and received MANY compliments. So much so, two of my friends also had Dr Aiello perform the same surgery. The office manager, front desk, and head nurse are all top notch. I wish I wouldn't of taken so many years to do it. This is my only regret! - My Quad Blepharoplasty procedure took place on 11/20/2018, with Dr. Aiello. I need to start my review by letting you know that after five years after my Tommy Tuck, I am still amazed with the results and the work that Dr. Aiello did. On 11/20/2018, I had my Quad Blepharoplasty done by also, Dr. Aiello. My results were also a game changer. After loosing weight the difference in the skin in the upper and lower part of my eyes is so noticeable, it is incredible. I am sure you will be able to see from my before and after pictures. I can not express how happy and grateful, I am with Dr. Aiello. His professionalisms and great sense of humor put me at ease from the day of my first consultation. I had an in person consultation with Doctor Aiello for an upper eyelid procedure. The consultation was free, the staff was professional and friendly and the facility is super clean with a relaxing spa ambiance. Very COVID compliant Dr. Aiello has always been so friendly and knowledgeable. He really puts you at ease. The consultations are honest, very fairly priced and in writing. There is plenty of free parking and easy access to the facility. I am a returning customer (I’ve had three other procedures) and I look forward to the next one in a couple of months. Dr Aiello and his staff are extraordinary. I've know him about 6 years.He has done 3 surgeries and fillers for me.I had a previous lower bleph and had nightmare results by another doctor.. I came to Dr A to fill the hollows of my eyes. He was very successful in just fillings them in with fillers. After years of this. I recently decided to do the upper lids due to drooping and the inability to wear eye makeup the way I wanted.Every procedure I've had amazes me.They know there stuff here.From your first appt, the office staff is dedicated to making you happy.His nurse Tracy is a genius .I love her she knows what shes doing.If you have questions about the procedure, price, pain, time off anything just ask.. He has done my 2nd breast job and my upper eyes . He knows about everything. I totally trust him and he will give you an honest answer.The actual procedures were done so well I wasn't afraid or in pain.Both were handled by himself and Tracy very well.
