Woman in El Segundo receives Rhinoplasty in Los Alamitos, CA

This patient came to see Dr. Aiello complaining of the prominent dorsal hump and columella show (how much inner nostril is seen). Dorsal humps are one of the most common reasons patients seek out rhinoplasty surgery. In addition to these cosmetic issues, this patient wanted to improve her breathing. She had one side she felt was obstructed and was difficult for air to flow. Dr. Aiello performed a rhinoplasty to improve the cosmetic appearance and a septoplasty open the nasal airway to improve breathing. She is pictured here less than 1 month after her rhinoplasty.
