Dr. Aiello: My name is William Aiello, I am a board-certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I have a practice that I have been in for about 25 years, I'm the medical director of Ocean Plastic Surgery Center.
Dr. Aiello: There's a lot of options when it comes to different surgeries, whether it be the face or the body. With the face, you can have everything from fillers, as well as Botox which are paralytic agents. There could be surgery, there could be fat injections, there could be peels or laser. When it comes to breasts, there could be anything from lifts to reductions to enlargements.
Dr. Aiello: The abdomen also has a very number of different procedures available to it, from liposuction to abdominoplastys.
Judy: We want to have a very relaxed atmosphere, we like our patients to feel very at home. And everybody here enjoys seeing the patients, gets along well with them. We all try to go in and visit with them, spend some time with them. I've been in this many years, and I just absolutely love it. Absolutely love it.
Toni: You develop a relationship immediately with them, and they're very friendly, just very easy to deal with.
Dr. Aiello: My approach with patients, when they come to see me is to listen to and see what they're thinking of, or that they want for an improvement. I try to steer them in a direction that would be beneficial to them, but I don't push any particular procedure on them.
Maria: They make you feel that you're family. They really care and I just love that. I felt like I was at home with my mom taking care of me, and that was a great experience I never forget.
Dr. Aiello: We give a feeling of comfort and confidence to the patient. They feel very secure when they leave here that we understand what they're going through, we understand what their needs are and their desires, and we put them on the right course for realistic expectations. And I think that that's the most important thing. The culture of this practice is such that the patients feel like we can be trusted, and that we will do the best possible job for them, and that's why they choose coming to Ocean Plastic Surgery.
