I had my first breast augmentation in 2007 and absolutely loved it Dr. Aiello is amazing!!! He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel completely comfortable. He will educate you and answer all the questions you have. The results were amazing and recuperation was so fast. I am now scheduled for a breast revision surgery and will be replacing my saline implants with silicon. I can't wait to see my results! More
