I never leave reviews, but this place deserves ALL the stars. This was my first time ever seeing a plastic surgeon. I’ve only seen them on TV, and I was super nervous!! But Megan, the consultant is super sweet and bubbly. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease right away. Kasei at the front desk is super sweet as well, it’s always nice seeing her beautiful face when you walk in the building. Tracey and Katie were my nurses and they were the absolute best! I can’t say enough great things about them! I had a Mommy Makeover and my recovery took a little longer than usual but Tracey was right by my side the whole time making me feel at ease. She is great at explaining any questions you would have about the procedure. I saw Katie at my Post Op. She was so sweet and calming, very knowledgeable as well, which is great for someone like me because I ask a ton of questions! Dr. Aiello has been doing this a long time and he tells it like he sees it. He gets straight to business and will help you get exactly the results you are looking for. This was the best experience!! - From the minute I walked in the door, Dr. Aiello's staff made me feel at home. The consultation with Anna was very thourough and answered all my remaining questions regarding a "mommy makeover." Dr. Aiello was was beyond amazing! He made me feel comfortable and talked through all of my options before surgery. He helped me decide on the best size for me to get the result I was looking for. I am a 40 year old mother of 3. I have been wanting a mommy makeover for many years. I went to see Dr. Aiello 10 years ago for a consult about having a lift and implant. I was referred to him by at least 10 people who had had breast augmentation from him. He was very comfortable to talk to and just said it how it was (which I like straight forward talk). I felt informed and comfortable that all my questions were being answered. The day of surgery I was met with Shannon, a super sweet women who I instantly felt comfortable with and taken care of. I was not nervous but very excited to be finally ready to fulfil this dream of mine. That entire day went smoothly, everyone in the office, nurses, other doctors where all incredible. 35 Yo, 3 Kids, Need a Mommy Makeover - Los Alamitos, CA - I am a 35 year old mom of three. I always knew I would need a lift one day, especially after nursing three little ones. I started working out and living a healthier lifestyle just before my youngest turned one and I was left with saggy skin and breasts. I read so many reviews of women doing their surgeries later and almost all regretted not doing sooner. I decided now was the time for me, so I met with two other surgeons on my quest for a mommy makeover prior to meeting with Dr. Aiello's office. I was impressed with both doctors I met with, but had a friend that underwent the "mommymakeover" with Dr. Aiello and I thought I'd check him out. The office itself is nice and in a nice area of Los Alamitos. We met with Anna, patient coordinator and Dr. Aiello. I did not meet a patient coordinator at previous doctors, and thought that was nice having someone as a contact there to ask questions, etc. Having already done this type of meeting, I was eager to see if he had the same thoughts and if we were on the same page. Our meeting went well, Dr. Aiello is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without feeling rushed. I was already semi-educated on the drainless TT from research and prior meetings, so I was happy to hear that he performs almost all of his tummy tucks this way. My husband and I left the office that afternoon, both feeling confident in our choice with Dr. Aiello and his staff. Fast-forward to my surgery day. I was met by Tracey, his nurse, whose role in my opinion is just as important was knowledgeable, direct and to the point (which I respect) and kind as well. While I'm only a little more than a month post op, my results have been amazing and recovery is going great. Something I didn't consider pre op was the after care experience. I have been to maybe 6 post-op appointments and with the exception of one time I always get back and seen on time. These appointments are critical, because you'll likely have a ton of questions and with each day/ week things are changing. This was the first plastic surgery I'd ever experienced and have been following all of my post op directions to a T. 35 Yo, 3 Kids, Need a Mommy Makeover - Los Alamitos, CA - Hello!! My story is the same as many. I have three children 5 and under. I gained between 30-40 pounds with each pregnancy and breastfed all 3. I am almost (3 lbs to go!) to my pre- pregnancy weight and am continuing a healthier lifestyle. I have always had larger breasts and when I finished nursing my youngest they really started to show signs I do not like. I am a 36DD (long lol) and would like to maintain that size only fuller and lifted. I've had three consults in the last month and finally decided on a surgeon. I felt informed and comfortable that all my questions were being answered. The day of surgery I was met with Shannon, a super sweet women who I instantly felt comfortable with and taken care of. I was not nervous but very excited to be finally ready to fulfil this dream of mine. That entire day went smoothly, everyone in the office, nurses, other doctors where all incredible. It was a great experience from beginning to end.It has now been a little over six months since my surgery and I can say it was the best decision I have ever made. I don’t regret it for one second. I am so glad I made the choice to go with Dr. Aiello and his staff. It was the best experience with great results. My recovery was amazing. He did my tummy tuck drain less, and is why I think my recovery was so easy. I felt really good. I am a hair stylist and was at work behind my chair after 2 weeks, and felt ready to be there. My stomach and scares look amazing. My lift and implants look so natural and feel like me. Dr. Aiello did a great job and I have already recommended him to several of my friends and clients. More
34 Year Old with a Teenage Son and MUCH NEEDED Mommy Makeover - Los Alamitos, CA - So, I had my son at 19 and from that point on, bikinis were out of the question. Even after I lost ALL the baby weight, my stomach looked like a deflated balloon and stuck out like I was still pregnant. The hubby and I had saved up the money before to get it done by Dr. Aiello but then the housing market crashed again and we used the money towards a down payment on a house. So, a few years later, we had saved up about half of the money and decided to finance the rest, which is terrifying to me. We saw a few different surgeons and still felt the most comfortable with Dr. Aiello. So comfortable in fact, I cancelled my last 2 consultations because I knew we were going to go with him.So, I am now 4 days post op and feel like I might be coming out of the woods. Everything is sore, but day by day, it's getting a little better.I will follow up in a few days after my 2nd post op visit.Updated on 26 Mar 2015:It's been a struggle the past few days. Lots of tears over here. I thought I would be further along on the path of healing by now. Still having a little bit of pain, and tylenol alone just isn't cutting it. Trying to wean off the pain meds but sometimes it will leave me in tears. My drains are still putting out about 50 ccs of fluid a day so they won't be coming out at today's appt. I am so sick of the drains. Plus I can only wear moo moo's over the drains. I have what my best friend affectionately refers to as the old lady shuffle. Standing up straight is painful as I can feel it pulling on the drains.Still haven't taken that pic that everyone seems to take with their compression garment off to show tummy and boobs. My tummy feels so strange, like I might fall over in half without compression garment on. I've had a sharp pain in my right rib just below the middle of my boob. I only feel it when I take a deep breath. Dr thinks it could be one of the drains. I can't wait to get the stupid drains out!!!Oh and the icing on the cake? A yeast infection from the antibiotics. Just kinda down in the dumps over here. Wishing I was further along on the healing process.Hopefully soon... More
